The Mystery of The Pantomime Cat

The Five Find-Outers and Dog are bored. No signs of a mystery and Mr. Goon's away. So when nice, round, ripe PC Pippin comes to replace Mr. Goon, Fatty and the others can't resist making up a mystery for him. Two mysterious ruffians (Fatty and Larry find Fatty's disguises shed very useful!) Lead the unsuspecting Pippin to The Little Theatre and some fake clues. But The Five Find-Outers and Dog aren't the only ones up to mischief that night. The Manager of the theatre is drugged and robbed that night. The prime suspects are The Pantomime Cat aka Boysie Summers and Zoe Markham who plays the part of Dick Whittington. The Five don't think think Goon's prime suspects are right, Zoe's too nice and Boysie never grew up and is too childlike to work with someone else as part of a crime. However Goon shouts at and scares Boysie until he manages to force him into writing a untrue confession! Now only one thing can save Boysie and Zoe, The Five Find-Outers and Dog! A smart remark from Bets and two autographs one from Fatty and one from Larry's cousin, lead the young detectives to the right conclusion. Now they must work fast!
Can they get the real criminal to Inspector Jenks in time to save Zoe and Boysie?!!
